Pricing

The price of a custom bike will vary greatly based on what the customer is looking for. As expected, the more stuff that goes on the bike (braze-ons, lights, racks, fenders, etc.), the more it will cost. Polishing and custom fabrication will also make the price go up. I work with the customer on getting them a bike they can afford and will last them a lifetime.

This is a very general breakdown on what a bike will cost: As of December 2022, a fully custom lugged or fillet brazed frame and fork set starts at $3500. Add-ons like tubing upgrades, lug carving, additional paint colors/detailing, disc brakes, or braze-ons are extra. Custom racks start at $425 and custom stems start at $400. Custom cantilever brakes are $250/wheel. Custom cranksets are $900. Chrome/nickel plating and aluminum anodizing prices vary based on the amount of parts to be plated/anodized (usually between $100 and $300). Component prices are comparable to what you see online.
